Joan is our patient coordinator. When you come into our dental office, she will greet you with a smile. She will help you with all aspects of front desk responsibilities such as completing the paperwork, booking your appointments, payments, transmitting claims to insurance company(ies) if you have dental coverage, and ensuring that your visit is comfortable. She will gladly answer any questions you may have.

Joan was born and raised in Montreal. She graduated from McGill University in Dental Assisting. Joan attended Sheridan College where she received her social services worker training and skills which she uses everyday with patients . She has been working in dentistry for over 20 years and brings unique perspective and insights into patients' overall health.

Joan likes old movies, antiques and meditation. For Joan, everyday is a new exciting day which brings a new challenge  and enables her to make a difference in other peoples' lives through her quality of work.
